We offer more than just a membership, we offer a relationship. We are not just trainers, we are “fitness lifestyle coaches” that understand everyone has different goals. We provide each member with the tools they need to reach their personal goals. Through nutritional guidance, personal accountability, HIIT classes led by a certified professional trainer and a community of members that support one another through their struggles and triumphs, members learn to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle both inside and outside of the gym.

High Intensity Interval Training is designed to turn your body into a fat burning machine. This style of training combines traditional strength training, with cardio to ramp up your heart rate. By performing short intense bursts of activity, with short recovery periods, you are able to increase your heart rate and maintain it over an extended period of time. By maintaining an increased heart rate, you ignite an after burn effect, which means that your body burns more calories over the next 8-14 hours than if you performed steady-state cardio or weight training.
We will take the guess work out of nutrition. We provide a basic meal plan that you can implement in your everyday life, along with nutritional accountability.
